We want to make sure you enjoy our products! That’s why we’re offering a 30-DAY, risk-free return and refund policy , for your peace of mind.
Here are the conditions covered under our 30-Day Policy
✅ Eligible Scenarios:
● Product defects or damage upon arrival
● Incorrect item received
● Undelivered orders
● Major defects covered under warranty
● Non-functioning product upon delivery
● Other exceptional cases (subject to management’s discretion), such as multiple defective items in one order or errors on our part
🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios:
● Change of mind or ordering mistakes on the buyer’s part
● Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications
Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be requested within the 30-Day period. The 30-day period starts from the date of item receipt.
- All requests must be sent to orders@stancephilippines.com
- Returned products must be undamaged by the user, in their original packaging, or its equivalent. To complete your return, we require the original hard copy of the Sales Invoice as proof of purchase. For items deemed defective, we’d be glad to offer you a free replacement on the product part!
- Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Partial Refund
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and requested within the 30-day period we can put under consideration for possible partial refunds, depending on the severity of the damage on the item.
- For partial refund requests, please send them to orders@stancephilippines.com
- If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
For Defective Item Replacements
- For products damaged due to our error or damaged during the delivery to your location, we would gladly replace the defective item part or item.
- Defects due to our own error are under our Warranty policy, meaning the period in which you can request a replacement for your defect is within the Warranty period of the product.
- For defect replacement requests, please send them to orders@stancephilippines.com
- After evaluation of the issue, if the item is damaged or missing parts due to our error, we will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for replacing your item.
Exchange Requests
- Exchange requests are only applicable for defective or damaged items.
- Exchange requests must be requested within the 30-Day period. The 30-day period starts from the date of item receipt.
- All requests must be sent to orders@stancephilippines.com
- Send your item to 254 Sto Domingo Ave., Quezon City
- Once the 30-day period has passed, a lifetime service guarantee will apply.
Lifetime Service Guarantee
- Our Lifetime Service Guarantee guarantees repair services even after the warranty period. Parts can be replaced at cost.
Shipping of Items for Refund and Exchange
- If the item is damaged or missing parts due to our error, we will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to 254 Sto Domingo Ave., Quezon City
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Reminder:
- Please check the item upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged it is important to let us know immediately. You have a 24-hour window to report the item's damage.
- For items that will be transported outside Metro Manila with a different courier (not the Stance delivery team), the warranty will be voided if the item has been damaged while in transport.
